About Us

At Mongin Insurance, our mission began back in 1912 with integrity, quality products, and philanthropy. We provide quality insurance products and personalized service for families & businesses in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area, while giving back to our community.

Our Timeline

1912: Arthur & Frank Mongin opened the agency.

1934: Arthurs' son, James, joined the agency. He saw many changes within the industry over the 60+ years he worked.

1974: James' son, Carl, joined the agency continues to be involved to this day.

2005: Carl's second son, Joseph, joined the agency after graduating with bachelor's degrees in finance and marketing.

2010: Carl's third son, Luke, joined the agency. Luke brings a bachelor's degree in finance which he completed in 2008.

2012: Carl's fourth son, Steven, joined the agency in 2012. Steven brings two associate degrees which he completed in 2011.

Looking beyond today, Carl has 17 grandchildren and is hopeful at least one or two will join the agency in the coming years. This would bring our legacy to 5 generations proudly serving our community.
